Sofirn SP36 Pro 8000-Lumen Quad-LED Rechargeable Flashlight
I recently took the Sofirn SP36 Pro out into the field to see if its massive 8000-lumen output lived up to the hype. This quad-LED torch is a compact beast that aims to replace bulky searchlights with something far more manageable for weekend camping trips.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality of the SP36 Pro is exceptionally solid, featuring a robust chassis that feels dense and durable in the hand. It is clearly built to withstand the rigors of outdoor use, from rocky hiking trails to damp campsites, without sacrificing its sleek aesthetic.
Day-to-Day Experience
Using the flashlight is straightforward thanks to the intuitive USB-C charging, which eliminates the need for carrying specialized chargers. While the interface has a learning curve for those unfamiliar with advanced torch modes, the high energy capacity of the 18650 batteries ensures it stays powered through extended camping sessions.
This is the perfect tool for dedicated campers, search-and-rescue hobbyists, or anyone who needs a reliable, ultra-bright light source for remote environments.
Final Thoughts
After thorough testing, it is easy to see why the Sofirn SP36 Pro maintains a 4.95/5 rating. For $99.00, you are getting an incredible amount of light and reliability, making it a stellar investment for your gear bag.
